Are your sunglasses polarized?
All our Polaroid sunglasses come with genuine polarized lenses as standard. Other designer brands may offer both polarized and non-polarized options – please check individual product descriptions for details.
Do you offer prescription lenses?
Currently we specialize in non-prescription designer frames. Many of our eyeglass frames can accommodate prescription lenses through your local optician.
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two convenient shipping methods:
- Express Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally to fashion-forward individuals everywhere, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. International deliveries may experience slightly longer transit times due to customs processing.
How can I track my order?
Express shipments include full tracking from warehouse to your door. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For standard shipping, tracking may be limited depending on destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags. Please email us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we process returns only. For a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item within our 15-day window.
