At Polaroid || Gucci Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium designer eyewear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for qualifying items.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags and protective films must remain attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Children’s sunglasses once the protective films have been removed. All other eyewear categories (Men’s eyeglasses, Men’s sunglasses, Women’s eyeglasses, Women’s sunglasses) are eligible for returns if the above conditions are met.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
  2. Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below) and include it with your return package.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging and include all original documents.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
