Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate: $12.95
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (EMS):
- Available for orders $50+
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and protective films must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Hygiene Notice:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Children’s sunglasses once the protective films have been removed. All other eyewear categories (Men’s eyeglasses, Men’s sunglasses, Women’s eyeglasses, Women’s sunglasses) are eligible for returns if the above conditions are met.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Include your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange
- Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below)
- Package your items securely in the original packaging with all original documents

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is processed
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
- If exchanging for a higher value item, you’ll pay the difference
- If exchanging for a lower value item, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
